Submit a privacy request
Ask us to show you, delete, correct, or hand over the personal information we hold about you. Anyone may submit a request — you do not need an account, and we will never treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

To submit a privacy request, email privacy@easyimpound.com with your name, the email address associated with your account, and the type of request: access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data. If you are submitting on someone else’s behalf as an authorized agent, say so and include written authorization signed by that person.
What happens next: you receive a reference number immediately, we confirm receipt within 10 business days, and we respond substantively within 45 calendar days (extendable once by a further 45 days with notice, where the law allows).
